Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, co-founders Alison Rachiell and Philip Bouchard share a deep connection to the community they proudly serve. Together, they bring both professional expertise and personal passion to House 2 Home.

A Las Vegas native, Alison Rachiell has deep roots in the community where she raised her family and spent years teaching elementary school. She now brings that same care, patience, and understanding to helping older adults and families through the challenges of downsizing, moving, and life transitions.
